Our National Flag and Our National Emblem
Below enclosed image gives some brief description about the each colour of the Tricolour (Saffron at the Top, White in the Middle and Green at
the Bottom and in the Centre is a Navy Blue wheel with 24 Spokes, Known
as the Ashoka Chakra) of our National Flag. .
Also enclosing the Ashoka Lion Capital post card from my collection which is our National Emblem. This symbol was adopted as our National Emblem on 26th January 1950, on that day our Nation became a Republic. This Emblem also consists the Motto of Our Country India "Satyameva Jayate" in Devanagari Script which means "Truth Alone Triumphs".
