Humayun Tomb is the Tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayun. His wife Hamida Banu Begam, also known as Haji Begam, commenced the construction of this tomb in 1562 and completed in the year 1572 at a cost of 15 Lakhs Rupees at that time. This Tomb designed by Mirak Mirza Ghiyath a Persian architect.
In the year 1993 UNESCO declared this as a World Heritage Site.
This Humayun's Tomb is one of the finest architectural master piece of India.
